Position Description
Mutual Materials is currently seeking to hire a full time Customer Success Representative for our Residential Sales department. This position will focus on maintaining and developing longstanding relationships with designers, builders, and contractors in the Puget Sound region. The Customer Success Representative will assist customers on the phone, and in the field, interacting effectively across all departments and channels of our Company.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can thrive on a job site and in a professional setting. We need someone who can present samples with confidence in front of designers, homeowners, and contractors.
We want someone who is enthusiastic about serving our clients and learning about our industry. They should be excited to join a company that has managed to keep our customers happy for over a century while putting our people first. This position will be based out of our Olympia or Port Orchard branch and will require frequent local travel.
